For the project Digital Coalition Roadshow we provided comprehensive production and technical-organizational services for a series of professional events in several Slovak cities – Nitra, Piešťany, Prešov, Zvolen and Banská Bystrica.
Our task was to prepare a unified conference format and ensure its smooth running in different locations. The project included venue coordination, technical support, production planning, supplier communication and on-site operational management.
Each event required precise organization, scheduling and logistics. We prepared the main conference hall, additional seminar rooms, registration facilities and the technical equipment needed for presentations, discussions and the professional programme.
The project included sound, lighting, projection and presentation equipment, furnishings, catering, information materials and overall event production coordination. Communication with local suppliers and supervision of venue readiness before each conference were also important.
The result was a series of professionally prepared events with consistent visual and organizational standards. The project combined production, technology and logistics into one functional unit, enabling the roadshow to run smoothly across several regions of Slovakia.
